Special Federal Emergency Appropriation

Budget Highlights

The Special Federal Emergency Appropriation provides authority for the disbursement of funds received from the Federal government in the event of an emergency affecting the State of New York, such as a natural or man-made disaster. The FY 2020 Executive Budget recommends a $2 billion appropriation.
