- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of InterAgency Council Pooled Loan Program. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing bank loans and reimburse certain not-for-profit members of the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities, Inc. for cash expenditures for certain projects.
- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of Iona University. Proceeds may be used to finance the costs of renovating and expanding the University’s student housing offerings and other campus improvements; refinance all or a portion of the University’s Series 2015A Bonds issued by the City of New Rochelle Corporation for Local Development; and refinance all or a portion of a taxable bank loan.
- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of The New School. Proceeds will be used to refund all or a portion of the University’s Series 2015A Bonds issued by DASNY and/or finance costs associated with various renovation projects across the University’s facilities.
- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of Royal Charter Properties – East, Inc. Proceeds will be used to refund DASNY’s Royal Charter Properties-East, Inc. Revenue Bonds, Series 2006A and to refinance the New York City Housing Development Corporation’s Multi-Family Rental Housing Revenue Bonds (Royal Charter Properties-East, Inc. Project) Series 2005A.
- Issuance of multiple series of tax-exempt and taxable, fixed and/or variable rate bonds issued at one or more times under the Sales Tax Revenue Bond Program and/or Personal Income Tax Revenue Bond Program to finance or reimburse capital projects for the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Economic Development; Education Programs; Environmental Initiatives; Health Care Grants; Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services; NYCHA; OMH, OPWDD; OASAS; and State and Municipal Facilities Grants. Bonds are to be sold on either a competitive or negotiated basis. Final maturity will not exceed 30 years for the new money bonds. The refunding plan includes refunding certain bonds issued under various State supported debt programs.
