Budget Highlights

The Executive Budget includes a $64 million reappropriation to continue support of Pay for Success Initiatives, a $1 million decrease from FY 2024 to account for prior spending. Payments under Pay for Success contracts generally occur well after services are delivered, to allow time for outcomes to be measured.

Program Highlights

In FY 2019, Pay for Success funding was included in the $175 million Workforce Development Initiative and the Consolidated Funding Application was released in FY 2020.
