Budget Highlights
The Green Thumb Program provides income-eligible senior citizens with part-time employment in state agencies through the not-for-profit organization Green Thumb Environmental Beautification, Inc.
The FY 2025 Executive Budget recommends a General Fund appropriation of approximately $5.7 million, an increase of $486,000 from FY 2024.
