Pay For Success Contingency Reserve
skip breadcrumbsBudget Highlights
The Executive Budget includes a $69 million reappropriation to continue support of Pay for Success Initiatives at a level that is unchanged from FY 2021. While payments under Pay for Success contracts generally occur well after services are delivered, to allow time for outcomes to be measured, the Pay for Success authority is necessary to enter into and finalize contracts.
Program Highlights
In FY 2019, Pay for Success funding was included in the Governor's $175 million Workforce Development Initiative. During FY 2020, the Consolidated Funding Application for Workforce Development was released and applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.
