Mission

The Office of Victim Services provides compensation to innocent victims of crime in a timely, efficient and compassionate manner; funds direct services to crime victims via a network of community-based programs; and advocates for the rights and benefits of all innocent victims of crime.

Budget Highlights

The Executive Budget recommends a $76.4 million All Funds budget ($38.6 million Federal Funds; $37.8 million Other Funds) to support the Office, and is unchanged from 2012-13.

The Executive Budget recommends a workforce of 74 FTEs for the Office, which also is unchanged from 2012-13.
