Budget Highlights

The Special Emergency Appropriation provides authority for the disbursement of additional State Funds in the event of an unanticipated emergency affecting the State of New York, such as a natural disaster. The 2013-14 Executive Budget recommends $100 million, unchanged from 2012-13.
