Budget Highlights
The Hudson River Valley Greenway Communities Council is a 25-member advisory board, created in 1991, which is responsible for promoting the preservation of natural and cultural resources in the Hudson River Valley. The Council’s operations are funded with State tax dollars from the General Fund.
The 2012-13 Executive Budget recommends total appropriations of $321,000, the same level as 2011-12, to support the Council’s administration, technical assistance, and local planning grants programs.
