  1. Spending Reduction Target
    • The Executive Chamber’s (Chamber) current-year savings target is $2.2 million, reflecting the Governor’s order for a 10.35 percent reduction in projected agency spending.
    • The Chamber is currently expected to achieve its entire $2.2 million spending reduction target.
  2. Major Savings Initiatives
    • The Chamber is already in the process of implementing the following actions to achieve their savings target:
    • Reductions in Personal Service spending, managed through attrition and limited filling of only the most critical positions.
    • Placing additional restrictions on Non-Personal Service spending, including in the areas of travel, subscriptions, supplies/materials and other purchases.
