    • The Office of Real Property Services (ORPS) current-year savings target is $3.2 million, reflecting the Governor’s order for a 10.35 percent reduction in projected agency spending.
    • ORPS is expected to achieve its entire $3.2 million spending reduction target.
  2. Major Savings Initiatives
    • The Office of Real Property Services is already in the process of implementing the following actions to achieve their savings target:
    • Adherence to the statewide hiring freeze is expected to lower personnel expenses by $2.3 million; and
    • Limits on spending for technology upgrades, travel and office supplies are estimated to save $900,000.
