  1. Spending Reduction Target
    • The Office of the Inspector General’s (IG) current-year savings target is $703,000, reflecting the Governor’s order for a 10.35 percent reduction in projected agency spending. The IG is currently expected to achieve its entire $703,000 spending reduction target.
  2. Major Savings Initiatives
    • The Office of the Inspector General will implement the following actions to achieve their savings target:
    • Elimination of 4 positions which are currently vacant.
    • Reductions to vehicle fleet.
    • Limiting the purchases of computers and office equipment.
