  2. Major Savings Initiatives
    • The Office of Employee Relations is already in the process of implementing the following actions to achieve their savings target:
    • Reducing 2 positions by attrition
    • Reducing the use of hourly staff.
    • Implementing a more cost effective travel policy, reducing publications/printing and other non-personal service efficiencies.
