    • The Authority Budget Office (ABO) current-year savings target is $.126 million, reflecting the governor’s order for a 10.35 percent reduction in projected agency spending.
    • The ABO is currently expected to achieve its spending reduction target.
  2. Major Savings Initiatives
    • The Authority Budget Office is already in the process of implementing the following actions to achieve its savings target:
    • Consolidation of training sessions for public authority board members, the elimination of certain anticipated contractual expenses, limits on technology improvements and reduced travel and equipment purchases will produce the full savings required.
