Summary

The SID Financial Management Plan achieves its savings target by managing the workforce through attrition. The department also will reduce spending for supplies and materials, including expenditures for duplicative subscriptions, publications, and on-line research and information services; decrease the Department's vehicle fleet; and postpone the planned move of two bureaus from the 25 Beaver Street location to other leased space in lower Manhattan.
