Summary

The SED Financial Management Plan achieves its savings target through a reduction in both personal service and nonpersonal service expenses. SED will reduce its workforce by 21 full time employees, and additional personal service savings will be achieved through management of staff overtime. SED will reduce nonpersonal service expenses associated with supplies/materials, contractual services, travel and equipment.
