Summary

The ORDA Financial Management Plan achieves its savings target by delaying hiring, instituting tighter controls on purchasing, modifying positions and salaries, and eliminating the World Cup Snowboard event. At the same time, the Authority will continue its ongoing efforts to increase tourism in the Adirondack Region and revenue generating visits to its facilities.
