Request for Proposals – Management Consulting Services

Description:

The New York State Division of the Budget (Division) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide management consulting services. The Division is seeking to engage two firms as Primary and Secondary Management Consultants to advise the Division on an as-needed basis in emergent consulting engagements. These engagements will focus on advising on and reviewing management, policy and fiscal issues relating to State programs, practices and initiatives.

Under the Procurement Lobbying Law, a restricted period is currently in effect for this Procurement, and it will remain in effect until State Comptroller approval of the resulting contracts. Potential bidders are prohibited from contact related to this procurement with any New York State employee or any representative of a New York State board or commission, other than the designated contacts identified below. All inquiries regarding this Procurement should be made, in writing, to: Contracts@budget.ny.gov.
