Request for Proposals – Cash Management Consulting Services for State Compliance with the Federal Cash Management Improvement Act of 1990

Description:

The New York State Division of the Budget is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist the Division and other affected State agencies with compliance requirements of the Federal Cash Management Improvement Act of 1990 (CMIA).

Under the Procurement Lobbying Law, a restricted period is currently in effect for this Procurement and it will remain in effect until State Comptroller approval of the resulting contracts. Potential bidders are prohibited from contact related to this procurement with any New York State employee or any representative of a New York State board or commission, other than the designated contacts identified below.
